Delicious Pizza Night-
Review of The Prepared Pantry Classic Italian Pizza Dough

On October 19, 2020, I made my very first order from The Prepared Pantry, a company based in Idaho that sells bread mixes, kitchen and baking tools, and many other products. Items in this order included Seriously Fudgey Brownie Mix (a perfect dessert for a holiday party), 2 orders of Sunday Dinner Rolls (which I plan to make for Thanksgiving at my moms house!), Farmhouse Honey Wheat Bread, the Classic Italian Pizza Crust, and French Bread.

In this blog post, I am including a review of the mix, an amended version of the recipe, a step-by-step through instructions and images, and the recipe itself. You can Jump to Recipe anytime if you wish.

My ultimate review of this pizza mix: It’s really awesome! The Classic Italian Pizza Crust is $3.99, which significantly reduces the cost of a pizza night compared to buying from Costco, Domino’s or Pizza Hut…I would totally buy this again! It was easy to make once I worked out how to adapt the recipe for a kitchen mixer and took notes. The crust was super soft after I added an additional 2 TBS to the mix- which wasn’t the end of the world since I needed to add flour to the mixer bowl. The images on the bag and instructions (which were inside the bag) made the pizza crust look a little plain, so I whipped up a seasoning blend so that the crust would have a little extra something like the crusts do at Domino’s. 😜

Then I sifted through their products to put together a small but relevant order. Read full disclosure here.
