Peanut Butter Chocolate Fat Bombs are my new favorite obsession! Not only are they low-carb, but they hit that special sweet spot for a chocolate craving!
What is a Fat Bomb?
A fat bomb is a keto-friendly snack or dessert that combines health fats with low-carb methods of flavoring. Some healthy fats include: butters, oils, cream cheese, dairy creams and more. Some common elements of low-carb flavors for fat bombs are: cocoa powder, peanut butter, extracts, sugar substitutes etc. If you want to make your snack have more texture, you can add things like bacon bits, nuts, chocolate chips, etc.
Since starting a low-carb diet, I have had reduced headaches, lost weight and have felt more energized. These fat bombs are just one more item on my list of Low-Carb recipes.

Recipe for Peanut Butter Chocolate Fat Bombs

Ingredients for Peanut Butter Chocolate Fat Bombs
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 4 TBS butter
- 4 TBS cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/3 cup Swerve – or other natural sugar substitute
- 2 tsp vanilla

Directions
- Combine peanut butter, cocoa powder, sugar and vanilla in a large glass measuring cup
- Combine coconut oil and butter in a small glass measuring cup, microwave for 30 seconds to melt
- Add coconut oil and butter to the large glass measuring cup
- Microwave all above ingredients for 45 seconds
- Whisk until smooth
- Add the cream cheese to the cup and use the whisk to quickly stir and combine all ingredients
- Pour mixture into silicon or plastic ice cube trays
- Freeze for 3 hours
- Can store in fridge afterwards
