Triple Berry Smoothie Recipe

Three Ingredient Berry Smoothie

3 Easy Ingredients! The Premier protein shake makes this smoothie 32 oz total but I drink from a 16 oz cup. It’s sweet and delicious!

  • 1 banana
  • 1 Premier protein shake
  • Makes 32 oz of smoothie, I drank a 16 oz cup

Blackberry & Honey Smoothie Recipe

Blackberry & Honey Smoothie

Combine protein shake with Greek yogurt and whatever fresh berries you have in the fridge!

  • 1/4 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2-3 tbs of honey (or to sweeten) 🍯
  • 3 tbs mixed nut butter
  • 1 cup of ice 🧊
  • ~1/4 cup of unsweetened, vanilla almond milk or milk of choice 🥛

Green Smoothie with Spinach and Avocado

Sounds like it might be gross with the smoothie and strange bitter flavor that sometimes accompanies an avocado- but bananas are a great sweetener and mellows it out.
