Easy Honey Bread Rolls- a total experiment gone right! I used the basis of the 2-ingredient bagel recipe from Weight Watchers….You combine equal parts of plain Greek yogurt with self-rising flour and cook it in the oven or Air Fryer. You can check out my Low Carb Cheesy Bread Rolls for my first example.

Then it got me thinking, what if I tried it with different yogurts…Would its flavor change, and therefore open a new realm of possibilities? What if you added different seasonings to it or fresh fruits?

I chose a Honey Greek yogurt from Kalispell Kreamery, a local dairy farm. I compared the Nutrition Facts labels while I was at the grocery store, and was surprised by how much carbs and sugars were in certain brands of Honey Greek Yogurt. I did learn that totally plain Greek yogurt has a bitter flavor to it, so it does make sense that there would be a lot of carbs…. But Kalispell Kreamery Honey Greek Yogurt was acceptable to me.
