This three ingredient bread rolls recipe is made simple with Greek yogurt and self-rising flour. I am all about ease and convenience these days- I always have been but as a new mom things just need to get easier! What makes this so easy is that you’re just combining three ingredients: equal parts of Greek yogurt and self rising flour. This also makes it really affordable since flour is relatively cheap and you can choose from a variety go Greek yogurt brands. As I have said many times, there’s a hidden convenience fee when you purchase pre-made items like garlic bread in the grocery store bakery or freezer sections, pre-cut produce, etc.

The first time I made these rolls, I made Low Carb Cheesy Bread Rolls in the air fryer. Considering we no longer own an air fryer, I had to switch things up! In the previous creations, this a really sticky recipe, so I opted to use my KitchenAid mixer this time around.

Notes about This Three Ingredient Bread Roll Recipe

  • This recipe is rather sticky so I really recommend using a dough hook! I started off using the paddle attachment but it doesn’t turn the dough into a ball, so use the dough hook!
  • Sometimes when dealing with doughy/flour recipes, adding more flour helps with the stickiness- dust flour onto your hands and it can help keep the floured yogurt from coating your hands.
