Saute onion and garlic with 1 TBS butter in a hot pan.
When onions are translucent, add the shredded pork to the pan. You will need to shred the pork more than it was on Night 1 of your dinner
In a pot, cook pasta and drain when tender
Slowly add the pasta to the pan, and alternate with adding cheese, salt, pepper and BBQ sauce until it is as cheesy as you want, and consistently mixed.
