BBQ Pulled Pork Pasta

Turn any sort of leftovers into a pasta dish- all you need are fresh ingredients like garlic and onion to reinvigorate the dinner.

  • Pork loin leftovers
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 TBS butter
  • Pasta for 1-2 people
  • Salt & Pepper


  • Saute onion and garlic with 1 TBS butter in a hot pan.
  • When onions are translucent, add the shredded pork to the pan. You will need to shred the pork more than it was on Night 1 of your dinner
  • In a pot, cook pasta and drain when tender
  • Slowly add the pasta to the pan, and alternate with adding cheese, salt, pepper and BBQ sauce until it is as cheesy as you want, and consistently mixed.
