Chop onion, mince garlic and season the chicken strips
Drizzle olive oil on a hot, large pan and place the entire package of chicken strips (use half for leftover meals)
Turn the heat down and cover the pan, frequently check the chicken and flip the strips over to cook on both sides
Bring a pot of water to boil and then add the fettuccini pasta, drain when pasta is tender
Add Alfredo sauce to the now empty pot and heat
Remove chicken strips and let rest. After a couple minutes, chop into bite size pieces
Optional Steps- heat peas and/or cook bacon and set to the side
Mix all the ingredients together with the sauce
Optional: Make oven roasted vegetables- bake 4 chopped carrots with the usual garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and paprika seasoning
