  • 1 pkg ground turkey
  • 1/3 cup Italian style bread crumbs or other flavor of choice
  • 2 Tbs ketchup
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbs sugar free maple syrup
  • 1 egg

  • In a medium bowl, combine ground turkey, 1/2 TBS ketchup, 1/3 cup Italian Style breadcrumbs, 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce and egg.
  • Mix well
  • Rest on a baking sheet with silicone baking mat
  • In a small bowl or serving dish, combine 1 1/2 TBS ketchup, 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, and the sugar free maple syrup
  • Mix well and set aside
  • Using the silicone baking mat, shape the ground turkey into a loaf: Take one side of the baking mat and roll it over towards the other side.; do the same for the other side and roll the tube from side to side, forming a shapely loaf.
  • Sprinkle Italian Style bread crumbs on the top of the loaf and pat into place
  • Using a silicone cooking brush, slather the ketchup/maple syrup mix all over the top of the loaf. Some parts will fall onto the side- that’s okay. Just wipe it off before you bake the loaf
  • Bake at 425 degrees for at least 35 minutes. You may need to add an additional 10 minutes to make sure the internal temp is at least 165 degrees. Unlike ground beef meatloaf, the turkey needs to be at least 165 degrees because it is poultry.
