Trail Mix Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds oven roasted and salted (from the grocery store)
  • 1 cup of Good & Gather Himalayan Salted Chocolate Covered Almonds so delicious!
  • 1 honey crisp apple finely sliced
  • 1 small banana finely sliced

Instructions
 

  • Combine the chocolate, nuts and seeds in a bag and set aside
  • Preheat oven to 265 degrees F
  • Place a cookie rack into a baking sheet
  • Spray with olive oil
  • Place sliced fruit onto the cookie cooling sheet
  • Bake in 45 minute increments and flip fruit every 45 minutes until crispy
  • Let cool completely before combining pieces to the trail mix!
