Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 4 TBS butter
  • 4 TBS cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup Swerve - or other natural sugar substitute
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Combine peanut butter, cocoa powder, sugar and vanilla in a large glass measuring cup
  • Combine coconut oil and butter in a small glass measuring cup, microwave for 30 seconds to melt
  • Add coconut oil and butter to the large glass measuring cup
  • Microwave all above ingredients for 45 seconds
  • Whisk until smooth
  • Add the cream cheese to the cup and use the whisk to quickly stir and combine all ingredients
  • Pour mixture into silicon or plastic ice cube trays
  • Freeze for 3 hours
  • Can store in fridge afterwards
