Chicken Fajita Salad


  • 2 cups of romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 cup of canned corn rinsed
  • 1/2 cup black beans rinsed
  • 1/4 red bell pepper
  • 1/4 orange bell pepper
  • 1/4 yellow bell pepper
  • 126 grams of fully cooked and sliced chicken
  • Fajita Seasoning Packet combine with water as instructed


  • Cook your diced chicken breast with the fajita seasoning packet, as instructed on the packet
  • Set cooked chicken aside
  • Chop your vegetables and combine with corn and black beans
